Helmut Lang SS24
New York Fashion Week
In collaboration with the in-house team at Helmut Lang, we prepared for the SS24 Season of NYFW for Peter Do’s debut as the creative director for Helmut Lang. Serving as a blend of bold colors and patterns layered on black and white garments, Helmut Lang presented their collection honoring family, self-discovery, and freedom in the most transparent of ways. Heralding itself as the return of 32-year-old fashion designer Peter Do, the collection comes as a mixture of minimalist 90s attire with a touch of literary foray from poet and essayist Ocean Vuong. Do has been known as an elusive character in the world of fashion and Helmut Lang’s SS24 collection has permeated as just that – a timeless combination of Vuong’s expressionism and Do’s minimalism.

Sober Mornings x Beca
Event Branding
In collaboration with Beca, a renowed restaurant, Sober organized a re-occuring breakfast event for 5 weeks. Sober wanted to give the feeling of a Hungover Breakfast where the guests share their personal, potentially embarrasing stories from their night before. The concept was developed to fit the innocence after a big night out and an intimate get-together with friends. We worked with a handwritten typeface, customized emojis and colorful stickers to enhance the friendliness and intimacy of a Hungover Breakfast. Designed in collaboration with ︎︎︎ Mirza Taskin.

Haphazardous
Editorial
Haphazardous is a publication coming from the Editorial idea of randomness, to explore the theories of determinism and libertarianism in philosophy. The cover is generated with code to create a typographic pattern in the most random way possible. The publication starts with a strict grid and introduces a set of rules randomly later on as the content begins to lead into libertarianism which is the belief in the possibility of random things happening in life.

Fondazione Prada
Creative Coding and
Branding Systems
A branding system made by using code to apply to different platforms to enforce their mission to create an environment that encourages social interaction and cultural stimuli by generating different patterns to leave to the visitors to fill out or complete. Fondazione Prada is a museum that has experimental exhibitions and plays with the idea of culture. The architecture of the building is intimate and expansive, while the courtyards provide a common public ground. The color blocks on top of the imagery try to achieve the same principle of being both intimate and expansive by hiding some parts and showing others.
